V-Assist Global (“V-Assist”, “we”, “us”) is an executive and virtual assistant agency based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through v-assist.co.in, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: savio@v-assist.co.in.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, company and anything you write when you contact us, fill in a form or book a call through Calendly.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Client information: if you become a client, information we handle while doing the work is governed by our written agreement with you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls.
- To provide and manage our services.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure how well our advertising works.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Most of our website uses only the cookies it needs to work. Our advertising landing page and its thank-you page also use the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, which may set cookies, so we can see whether our ads lead to enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings. If we add other tools, such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Hostinger), our scheduling tool (Calendly), our email provider, and Google and Meta for measuring our advertising, or when the law requires it.
International transfers
We are based in India and some of our providers process data in other countries, including the United States. We use reputable providers that protect data in line with recognised standards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months unless you become a client, and client records for as long as our agreement and the law require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU and California, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or object to our use of your personal information. Email us at savio@v-assist.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
